Need better signage for entrance!!! Room cleanliness could improve significantly!!! Add more services specifically for women, like spa options!!! Some amenities felt outdated, don't rely on sachets of instant coffee at this price!!!

Had PERFECT 10/10 stay on 8th September for a couple of days with flexible staff and perfect location in the centre. I appreciated staying here, the breakfast was delicious and extensive with nice varieties of food.

New-fashioned and well-appointed unit with a private balcony. A lot of outstanding food for meals❤

my room was spacious and stocked with a nice variety of snacks and drinks. the fast wifi was a huge plus, and I loved that the hotel uses UK sockets, eliminating the need for adapters. breakfast was a good buffet, and I enjoyed tasty evening snacks on the outdoor terrace, especially the chicken dishes. the gym was also a solid bonus, equipped with weights and machines.

Overall clean place with incredibly beautiful views and good and lovely location in the open area around the fountain. Delicious and extensive breakfast, modern a double room. An extremely comfy bed and a large bathroom.

Outdoor restaurant is nice at Garden.

The hotel had an outside seating area. Very tasty food. Very good and sufficient parking spaces in the underground car park.

Seating outside is very limited, at least on our visiting weekend. Room size in this hotel class rather small, view from the room none.

The staff where where very very polite the hotel was clean and I was with my husband and they served us cakes and flowers for free and that was nice

The atmosphere of the hotel is cute, highlighted by the friendly staff who provide really good service, especially noticeable in the delicious food at the Lebanese restaurant WARD.

One improvement area is the noise from the nearby overpass, which occasionally disturbed my restful sleep, despite the efforts of double-glazed windows.

Neat rooms with the balcony for hotel guests. Nice food at the outdoor restaurant.

It is one of the best hotel i visit. Clean, quite and comfort and and all staff were friendly. Food is very delecious and romm service is great.
